Open a free trade account and every PlanSums estimate you order is yours to send: your logo and details on it, labour and materials or one price per stage, your mark-up, your prices and your wording. Priced from our own real jobs, so you start from a builder's numbers.

We check every account is a trade business, from your website or a profile on a site like Checkatrade, LinkedIn, RIBA or Instagram. Most accounts are approved straight away.

Terms
Trade account terms
Who can have one
Trade accounts are for businesses in the building and design trades: builders and contractors, architects, architectural designers and technicians, surveyors and similar. We check your website or business profile when you sign up, and may ask for more information.
Branding and editing
Approved accounts can put their own branding on PlanSums estimates ordered while signed in, and edit them into their own client version. Estimates cost the same as for everyone (£59.95 and £99.95 including VAT).
Your client version
When you change an estimate's prices, items or wording, you're responsible for the version you send. It's still an estimate based on the drawings, not a quote or a fixed price, and your client's contract is with you, not with us.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. One account per business is fine to share within it. We can suspend an account that's misused or doesn't meet these terms.
Estimates
Estimates bought with a trade account are on the same terms as all our estimates: they're estimates, not quotes or fixed prices.
Closing your account
Email info@howellandsons.co.uk and we'll close it and delete your details, except order records we have to keep for tax.
