Good to know
What do I need to open it?
Microsoft Excel (2016 or later, Windows or Mac) works best. It also opens in Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.
Can I use it on more than one job?
Yes. Save a copy for each job. It's licensed for use within your business; please don't resell it or share it outside your business.
Can I change the build stages?
Yes. Pick from the dropdown, type your own, or add stages to the list on the Build Stages tab and they appear in the dropdown.
Can my client see it?
That's the idea. With the Running Costs tab open, choose File, then Export, then Create PDF, and you've got a clean, branded account of the job to send them.
Does a trade account change the price?
No, SiteSums is the same price for everyone.

What you're buying
The SiteSums running cost spreadsheet, a downloadable Excel file from Howell & Sons Construction Ltd (company number 11270942), for £29.95 plus VAT, paid by card through Stripe.
Using it
You can use and change the spreadsheet for your own business and its jobs. You can't resell it or share it outside your business.
Cancelling
It's digital content, and you ask us to give you the download straight away, so you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. If the file doesn't work, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Responsibility
SiteSums is a tool to help you track costs; you're responsible for the figures you put in, the documents you send and the decisions you make. Our liability is limited to what you paid, except where the law doesn't allow that. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
